Dairy Queen in Hyde Park

Dairy Queen has some of the best soft serve ice cream. The vanilla and chocolate ice cream tastes the way ice cream should. We have tried other neighborhood ice cream shops and the ice cream does not taste as good. The blizzards and milkshakes are delicious. The service is good without having a long weight. They also serve burgers, fries hot dogs, etc.

Just ok. Tried the new cotton candy dipped cone. Really hard to eat because inside was melted and shell too hard to eat through. $4,75 is a little pricey for a medium cone that is smaller than most small cones at home made stands.

Been coming here for years, always hot food and seemingly fresh. However they told me today that they no longer offer juliuses. That was the highlight for coming here. Would have gotten 5 stars for a quick food restaurant if they did. Bring back the Orange Julius!

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat and let's not forget the ice cream. The staff always friendly and make sure your order is made fast and correctly.

Popcorn shrimp basket was so-so, crispy on the outside but not so much on the inside. Fries were ok, the only really good part was the root beer float and they forgot to give me a spoon which took me a few minutes to get because they were busy. I know it's only fast food but $12.50 is a lot for a blah meal.

I visit this spot a lot since I work right next to it. I like how the service is always great and they keep the spot neat at all times. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

The DQ in Hyde park is terrible the fries taste like they were reheated every time we go, they for some reason always mess up the count on orders like (6-piece tenders) I get 5 or something every time. When asking for extra/ more/ ANY sauce they roll their eyes and act like it comes out of their paycheck. Overall a bad experience every time & my last time dealing with the service the Hyde Park DQ has to offer. Minimum wage job for minimum skills and they still mess it up. Ridiculous.

When it was my turn to approach the window to place my order, it took the order taker a number of minutes to acknowledge me before an attempt was made to take my order. 🤔

Sevice was slower than normal. Example. Only one there and waited 5 minutes to get someone to ask if we wanted anything

This Rating Would Have Been 5 Stars... However, Buster Bars Weren't Frozen. Very Soft & Melted! Not Enjoyable!

We all know Dairy Queen Rocks. I just had a small oreo Blizzard as a treat. Delish.

No indoor dining area. No Senior Discount. No refills on soda. No bathrooms. Thought the burger was on the greasy side. Haven't been there in awhile and more likely than not, will not return.

Yummy but my smores blizzard needed more chocolate

Even when there is a line it moves quickly. It's reasonably clean most of the time. Their Ice cream isn't really ice cream but ice milk so it's a little less creamy and doesn't stick to my tongue so much and that's how I like it.

Today 4/4/18 I ordered a mini blizzard (turtle).. what I got was not cold.. all chocolate and the consistentsy of soup.. I asked what happened because I could not hold the blizzard upside down? The reply was we don’t honor that guarantee here. I said why? Reply was we just don’t. I said 4.00$ is a bit much for this.. not even 4 ounces of chocolate soup.. no response.I’ve been going here for over 30 years it is way out of my way.. everything and the service included was always consistently good. Until today.

8 bucks for two medium cones that were the size of a small cone, better off going to grocery store get a half gallon for a third of the price... don't waste your money...

Pretty fast, usually not super crowded, tastey food.

Had a pleasant visit. Ice cream was very good, social distancing protocols observed adequate outdoor seating. Recommended it as a place to start returning to "normal".

We were very happy to find a DQ in Hyde Park. Mom had been wanting a buster bar and it was perfect timing.

Had a fantastic experience in here with my kid. The food was served quickly and the customer service is just awesome. Prices are convenient.

This spot never disappoints. They have excellent dishes for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is packed.

They offer a large variety of fresh food. I enjoy eating here. Staff members are always kind, pricing is affordable and the spot is always neat.

I never had any issues here. I rarely ever stopped for the food, but the ice cream was always good. I wish they'd turn their food sign around at the drive-through so that you can see what you want to order while waiting in line. I can't complain about the service...they employ teenagers and they do the best that they can. This place is why Americans are fat. There's nothing healthy on the menu at all, so I give them 3 stars today.

Best chocolate shakes ever! They still make them using mixers, not pre made. The choices of ice cream products is great. Char cooked burgers are also banging. Gotta love the DQ. Highly recommend.
